Best places to drink single malt whisky in the PHX area?

We're looking for some restaurants or bars that have good single malt selections and staff with expertise to arrange whisky tastings for a group. Any suggestions?

For whiskey, I'm not sure. For tequila, the Mission is the place. I love whiskey too so I'm intrigue about an answer to this one.
