DIY Culinary Walking tour of Chinatown

I want to do my own culinary walking tour of Chinatown but I have no idea where to go. I need suggestions... and maybe even suggestions for non-culinary things to see.. i want to go on Sunday I don't know if that makes a difference or not...

p.s. I love those pork steam buns... :)

Joe's Shanghai is a must. Its on Pell St about 4 blocks off of Canal. They have great soup dumplings, and killer entrees for a reasonable price.

Two places to consider just for the visual inspection alone:

Kam Man @ 200 Canal Street and Deluxe Market, accessible on both Mott and 79 Elizabeth Street.

I would suggest you consider any of the following:

      Won Ton Noodle Soups
      Coffee Shops
      Bakeries
      Xiao Long Bao
      Dim Sum
      Fried Dumplings
      Dried Beef Jerkey
      Dan Tat

If you do a search on any of the items above, you will find a list for each
