Is Vox Wine Lounge still open? (Las Vegas)

A friend suggested meeting there this weekend and I haven't been since right after it opened, so I went to look at the website, but the page is down. Has anywhere been there recently? I was so in the mood for some tapas....

    I was past Vox Wine Lounge last week and it looked like the front doors were chained and locked. I liked Vox. I knew one of the Bartenders who was a sweetheart and provided great service.
