'Tis the season, does anyone know of any restaurants in town that are doing white truffle menus? Seems like SOMEBODY must be doing this, but Google provides no help. Thanks,

It's very EARLY in the season, so far.

Dino in Cleveland Park had a white truffle risotto (call first to check availability), but not a whole menu yet.

I think we're looking to have dinner somewhere with a tasting menu the week after Thanksgiving. If anybody has input on who had truffle menus last year that would be very helpful as well.

I recognize that this isn't exactly what you asked for (i.e. "in town"!) but it is, in fact, a white truffle tasting menu and Supper is one of my most favorite resturants in NYC! Hoping the link to the menu below works...it sounds transcendent...

From winedanddined.com:
WHITE TRUFFLE ALERT: Tartufi Bianchi d’Alba have arrived at Frank’s Restaurants. Sister restaurants Lil’ Frankie’s, Frank Restaurant and Supper will be hosting 3-course White Truffe Dinners on November 17, 18 and 19, respectively. Each dinner includes a glass of wine with each course from a selection of Piemonte wines. Price is $250 for 3 courses plus gratuity + tax. To reserve a seat or for more information call 212.420.6562 or email info@frankcatering.com

I don't know about a tasting menu but DIno has been getting some white truffles and Equinox always has them when they are in season (Chef Gray loves truffles). I would call ahead of time to make sure they have them though.

Dino does have them right now in risotto or shaved over any dish and Equinox has them with gnocchi as an app or entree.
