I know this is too late but I hope by "watch" you meant on TV. There is no seating or eating to be had anywhere during the parade. That being said, my family and I walked up to NY Noodletown afterwards and enjoyed an amazing lunch. Loved the pan fried noodles w/shrimp. A really fun day.
