        <content>1.  If Gourmet is being discontinued as a publication, why did I get my November 2009 issue with an accompanying sheet urging me to "Give the gift of Gourmet" for $4 a pop?

2.  Why is there no mention in Reichl's editorial page of the magazine's fate?</content>

      <content>Ruth Reichl did an interview with Terry Gross on NPR last week.  She said she had no advanced knowledge and was extremely sad by the sudde announcement.  She said she would of put together a completely different Nov. issue and would of written a much different Editor's letter.  Here's a link to the interview:
