Asado - Southington CT - I do't live in Southington but come down quite often and I must say I have had the best Filet Mignon ever!! The dining experience can't be beat. Great wine list, very reasonable and I would suggest dining at the bar where you can watch the chefs work their magic. Can't wait to go again!!

I went there about three weeks ago, and found the food excellent. Cooked over a live fire in front of the patrons. There's a bar where you can sit with reservations and actually watch the chefs.

Totally unique ambience, particularly for Southington. Very reasonable pricing as well. Definitely worth a try.

Do you know if they have a website to view the menu? Can't find anything.

Apparently it's an Argentine steak house. Must go try!

It is on Center Street in Southington. On the "lower" section, past Anthony Jacks'.
