Every time I come into Chowhound and get my unread posts on a specific board, I'm limited to 49 threads, even though there should be alot more.

Is there a limit? Can you help with this?

Unfortunately this bug has been around for a long time and doesn't seem to ever make it into the priority queue. It's pretty annoying. My best guess is that not enough posters use that feature to make it worth their while. I've said in the past that I think this bug should be prioritized because it affects primarily the site's longest and most active contributors but it seems to be falling on deaf ears.

Thanks, the funny thing is it only started recently. I agree with your logic. Thanks for the response, anyways.

Oh, it's definitely been broken since the feature was rolled out. Although maybe we're not talking about the same thing. I'm talking about this page

http://www.chow.com/new_posts/12 (my home board)

There's no link to view older discussions... so on a busy board like Boston, if I don't check it at least twice a day or so, I miss older threads. And I am absolutely positive this has been a problem forever.

The other way you can read the board looks similar but isn't, at

http://chowhound.chow.com/boards/12

And that show 50 most recent threads, and then you'd click on "Next>>" or the numbers to see older discussions.
