So, I love to cook, as I love food, but I am only able to occasionally find certain amazing ingreidients. St.Lawrence market is no fun as it's always busy, or hard to get to, so, I was wondering, if anyone knows where to get some fantastic fresh meats? fish? and maybe speciality item with in the Scarborough area...

Thanks again...

There is no wild game in Ontario. It is illegal to sell it. You can only get it from a hunter.

Or do you mean farmed 'wild' animals. Quail is available frozen in just about every Asian supermarket. And they usually have fish that is so fresh it is still swimming in tanks. Wouldn't classify that as wild though. Can you tell us which other meats you are looking for, such as elk, ostrich, alligator, bear etc?

If you really want wild you need to live in France, or even the UK.

Yes sorry, I should have been a little more clear... I didn't in any way mean to offend or look for something illegal.
I know it's a long shot but I wouldn't mind finding a shop that sells FRESH NEVER FROZEN, Venison, Bison, Ostrich, elk, boar, I haven't cooked with gator before, but I sure wouldn't be opposed to it. Also I am loiking for a close to me fish monger, with a larger variety then, salmon, trout, talapia.
I'm a cook who actually enjoys butchering my own meats as well, so if I have to buy a 1/4 of something and butcher it myself no issue... When I said wild, I should have been clearer in meaning not off the shelf meats.

I did live in the UK... It might be way I am up for trying anything, and making anything.. I love North american food, But I just want to try all the stuff that's out there.
If anyone is a sushi lover, amazing place on the NE corner at Kennedy and Ellsmere. Sit in front of the guys, talk with them, and they'll offer up some amazing treats. BEST SOFT SHELL CRAB EVER... Also will take special phone orders a head of time. Abalone, things like that.

Sorry, don't have any tips about the game, but as far as a fish monger goes, you can't go wrong, quality, selection, and price-wise with Diana Seafood, at Lawrence & Warden.

I'm cooking up some wild turkey myself for date night tomorrow, but this was hunted up north.

Pualu_ is right, you can't get *wild* game*, only farm raised. Unless you happen to know someone who hunts and can do a contra. If you do do that, you'll need to keep quiet about it, as it is also illegal to take any "gain" for hunted game.
