Arpeggio has fantastic food at great prices (I couldn't believe my eyes when I picked up the giant greek pizza), but I've always found the dine-in service lacking. They've recently cleaned up the decor even beyond the major face-lift from a couple of years ago, but the poor service makes me think of it as a take-out only kind of place.
