ISO: Jamaican food recommendations in Brooklyn

Hello Chow Folks! Would love to hear your thoughts on authentic Jamaican food in Brooklyn...thanks in advance!

Of the notable jerk places, I've tried Peppa's, Boston Jerk City, Exquisite Delight (the one on Church), and Jonaki Caterers Restaurant (formerly known as Steve's Utica Jerk/Chicken Center). I like Exquisite the best (for both food and vibe). McKenzie's is next on my list.

Try The Islands in Prospect Heights, right by the Brooklyn Museum...Heaping plates of Caribbean comfort food. I can't say if it's specifically Jamaican though.

For the best jerk I've found in Brooklyn it's McKenzie's on Utica in Crown Heights (especially hot off the outside grill on weekends; can be brusque but well worth it) and Joyce's on Avenue D east of Utica (a solid second). Of the 8 or 10 I've tried these two stand out.

Nobody does Jerk better than Peppa's...and their escovitch fish is awesome too.
