Two of the restaurants at the Craft were Stingaree and Jsix, both of which won awards from the lamplighter association. Stingaree offered a grilled lambchop, this was hands down the worst thing I tasted at the Craft. The lamb was tough overcooked and devoid of flavor. I have zero desire to ever venture into Stingaree. Now Jsix was entirily different. They had braised octopus in a light tomato sauce over pasta. It was probably my favorite dish. The octopus was tender, the sauce was flavorful, I had seconds and thirds. Of course it does not hurt to have great product from Catalina Offshore.
