Some suggestions: Scarpetta Convivio Locanda Verde Pepolino SD26 (I haven't tried it yet, but it looks very promising) Marea (haven't tried yet either but gets some great reviews) I'm not including Babbo and Lupa due to the difficulty of reserving on short notice. Alto is worth adding to the list as well. One caution: atmosphere at Locanda Verde is very different from Del Posto, Alto, Convivio, Scarpetta. It is very loud and packed, while the others are a little more of a fine dining experience. Caveat: I was on a generous expense account and wasn't paying the bill, so money was no issue. Knowing that going in may have changed the vibe.
