Good steak near Fredericksburg?

Working in the F'burg area and am starting to crave red meat. Only options nearby seem to be Outback and Longhorn. Am I missing something better within 30 miles? I'd rather chew on a razor blade than drive up I-95 to DC.

I have been to Bistro Bethem several times. Their menu changes daily, but often times they have a steak on it. I think the food there is quite good. Not really a steak house, but it's better than Longhorn.

Find good local butcher, buy steak, grill at high temp. Nothing near you that is a steakhouse as that term is understood on this board.
