Because flesh tone can go from a peach tone to a dark chocolate, depending on what we are talking about here. Unless you can find a bakery willing to sell you some, I think you are going to pretty much be out of luck. I checked NY Cake & Baking, and Wilton's Website, and neither have a flesh or peach color frosting. Peach or flesh tone food coloring is pretty much readily available though, and I prefer to use it to get a more accurate skin tone.
