Ca del Sol has a lovely back patio. Maybe they could do appetizers and wine in that price point. I've been to a couple of parties there; both were lovely.
you may get more responses if you specify what city is preferred, what type of food, what's not too expensive ($20 pp or $50?), and whether you'd like a place that serves alcohol.
