Turducken

Turducken, that cajun specialty of a whole deboned chicken inside of a whole deboned duck placed into a whole deboned turkey with stuffing between all of the layers, is something that I have always wanted to buy. Does anyone have any first hand knowledge to share? I'm thinking about ordering one from New Orleans for Thanksgiving.

    1. i ordered one last year and found it was ok. it's definitely worth trying at least once but i found it to be lackluster.

      i ordered it from www.cajungrocer.com

        1. Bristol Farms carries them.

            1. I purchased a Tony Chachere's turducken from Bristol Farms a few (maybe 3) years ago. It was good, but not so incredibly good that I would *have* to get it again. As wilafur said, it's worth trying at least once.

third the sentiment....and I didn't even have to make it. Just ok.
