Have you been? What are your thoughts? I live in the neighborhood and have been wondering about how they are doing.

Masala Art just opened last week at the Tenleytown Metro station. We really liked everything we ordered-samosas, chicken tikka, salmon and a couple of vegetarian entrees. The owner is very attentive and helpful but the waiter hovered and rushed us. The menu includes dishes not seen elsewhere and many vegetarian choices. They are still working out the kinks but, hey, they just opened. Very promising!
