The flavors in many of the Tapas just sing on your tongue while the Paella is very good, the flavors in the Tapas (especially the mushrooms and paillard) are second to none. I think they only have it in Stamford, because when I went to the Barcelona in Greenwich I noticed the menu was slightly different. The one in Stamford has this carnitas tapa that has shaved watermelon. cilantro and a vinegary dressing. It's really tasty and one of my favorites. I also like the patatas bravas, but I'm into fried potatoes of any sort anyway.
