Help! Need restaurant for upcoming baptismal luncheon. Small party approx. 25 people, somewhat reasonable, midtown or upper. The church is on 84th and madison, but does not need to be in that area. Any help would be great!

You don't mention price (what's reasonable per person out the door), or whether it's a weekend or weekday, but could you take over Le Marchelier on 86th bet. Mad & Park? There's a Greek-ish/American place, Café Greco, on 2nd near 72nd that could give you a big part of the back room. Others who are in the neighborhood more often should have additional ideas.

I would like to spend max $50/pp including drinks (non alcoholic and wine). It would be a Saturday luncheon. We have picky eaters so American cuisine is preferred.
