Was recently at Kif and had seen that they had a beautiful steak frites.. I was too wrapped up in the seafood tangine to order it though.. However, it really left me in the mood for a classic steak frites.. Any place in brooklyn banging out somethign special?

Chimu in Williamsburg does a great Peruvian take on steak frites. They use skirt steak, (The Entrana,) nicely marinated and with chimichurri sauce on the side. The accompanying fries are nothing special but the steak is such a winner that it more than makes up for it.
