I made six pounds of bratwurst filling but my sausage stuffer attachment to my meat grinder isn't working right. I need to find a store in the city that sells a stand-alone sausage stuffer. I'm partial to a 5 lb vertical model. Any suggestions? Does anyone know if the places on Bowery tend to carry this type of equipment?
