I would like to have a Peking duck for Thanksgiving this year. It's my first Thanksgiving in Seattle, and I'm wondering if the experienced folks here can recommend some possible Peking poultry providers.

Two places I like for roasted duck are in the International District
Kau Kau Barbeque and the food court deli in Uwajimaya (sp?).

In a pinch, the roasted duck at the 99 Ranch Market in Edmonds is okay.

If they don't already have them in... you can order them through the Butcher Shop Cafe in Kenmore. I don't think these would be cooked though.
