Need some input please! Hosting a party soon and would like to serve a version of buffalo chicken dip. Thinking about piping cream cheese/bleu cheese mix onto celery, but what do with that chicken and wing sauce? Want it to have a "wow" effect without the mess and still look impressive. Any suggestions??? Thanks!

maybe placing tiny chopped pieces of chicken in the bottom of the celery where it curves and pipe your mix (add a little hot sauce into it) on top then let people dip themselves into extra hot sauce?

i'd personally jazz it up and make a fritter by mixing everything together, coat in beer batter and fry it up in a ball.

using mini muffin tins and wonton wrappers create wonton cups - bake at 350 for 6-7 mins then fill with the mixture and bake until bubbly - I use the square wrappers and cut them into 9's - the cups are bite size so they are less messy
