I'm thinking of doing one of two things:

1. Have a small party with a really great private chef who can create an amazing meal for us or
2. Eat out at a chef's table in Boston

Any suggestions? I'm someone who can cook, so I'm not looking for a private chef to do the cooking because I'm not able to- I'm looking for someone who can create a really original, complex meal for a bunch of foodies! But a great chef's table experience is the next best thing. Thanks!

I'm very flexible in terms of time as I've just started thinking about this. In terms of price, we're not dripping in money but I'll spend money on a great meal. Last Valentines Day we went to O'Ya, which was jaw droppingly expensive but to my mind, completely worth it. But that's because the food was just sublime. I'll spend $$ if it's worth it.
