I am reading Dave Chang's Momofuku cookbook, and he talks about "Abura Ramen," which he says are ramen noodles served in fat, instead of broth. Though my diet says no, my palate says YESSSSSSS. When I JFGI'd it, I was unable to find much on "Abura Ramen," though it seems "Abura Soba" is really where it's at as far as oily, delicious noodle goodness. As a New Yorker, I refuse to believe that I can't get my hands some. Does anyone know where?

Momofuku Noodle Shop serves a similar dish. I haven't seen it at any of the Japanese places around town.
