I've been to a wedding at Crabtree Kittle House in Chappaqua that was a very pleasant experience. Harvest on Hudson in Hastings-on-Hudson has very good food and a romantic setting. In CT, my favorite place is the Schoolhouse at Cannondale. They might rent out the space for special occasions. Good luck! It's the right size, very pretty outside by the stream and the food is great. They do catering as well so I would imagine the menu options are fabulous.
