Really bad. Even the cheese curds were soggy and poorly fried when I went. Of course, they are all about the meat there, and the bar selection is fabulous. My SO loved the BBQ plate they were offering at Char this summer. I, of course, did not partake. Definitely will try the brunch one of these days, though.
