Also loved the three cups cuttlefish and eggplant (you can combine as many ingredients as you want if you don't want to be a purist). The only let down was the scallion pancake with roast beef - too greasy with not enough sauce to cut it. The version at MuLan is definitely superior, even if it's not exactly the same.
