Broadway for dinner?

Looking for a yummy place that's not too expensive (no more than $20-30pp). We are a group of 4 who will be in town tomorrow night. One of us has a diet restriction due to medical issues and is in need of soup that is not spicy. Any help you can offer is appreciated!

Although a little bit beyond your budget, Kellari Taverna has a wonderful prix-fixe, 3 course dinner for $29.95. Portions are very generous, and food is excellent. It is also very pretty and staff is attentive.
      I would also suggest Marseille.
