Stockholm - cooking class, local cool restaurants

I'll be in Stockholm for 5 days in November while my boyfriend works a little. We'd like to take a 1/2 day cooking class to learn some great local food so any recommendations would be great. Also, any ideas on hip fun bar/restaurants?

I think you will find trouble finding something in english, especially for just a half day in the middle of the week, but send an email to
