Also, is there any place that serves Kokoretsi? (Intestines on a skewer.) Enjoyed this dish in Greece, but haven't found it in NYC. Nothing fancy, kinda like Stamatis on 23rd but better, but not nasty like over in the center of Astoria and not overrated with bad service like the place across from the Beer Garden on corner of 31st where all the Manhattan people go. xxxx fish...darn, I'm getting old or else gotta stop burning every day...Philoxenia is probably the best of it, but it was better before it moved south and when it was up on 23rd Ave. too just a block or so from 26.
