Does anyone know if it's possible to rent an outdoor deep fryer than can handle a turkey? I'm hoping to not have to buy one -- just want to take a shot at deep frying one.

Thanks - J

I've seen it done and think I can handle it. There are, however, an amazing collection of youtube videos showing what happens when things go wrong. :)

Make sure you have your video camera recharged just in case ;-)

BTW - I don't think they have the actually lowering chain and rigging deal so you might have to improvise that part.
