We did arrive 10 minutes late - could not get a cab. But then we sat down and moved along at what seemed like a "normal" pace. There were occasional long waits for the waiter. About half way through they started sending waves of hostesses making updates on their note pads. They were poor actresses if they were trying to be subtle. They would raise their eyebrows and then scribble notes. It was embarrassing when our guests became aware of it. We have been going there for years and, as noted frequently on this site, the food is pretty good. We even used to go to the previous restaurant at this site (Jim McMullens). We eat out virtually every night, but would think twice now about going back there. But I guess if we were truly that slow, they probably do not want us back either.
