Tell me where to go in Taos
I loved Josephs Table when I was there last year but also love more traditional SW/ New Mexican. Tell me what's new in the last year to check out over a long weekend!
Antonio's has reopened a sit-down restaurant east of the plaza where the ??? Supper Club used to be. I've had two dynamite dinners there. Graham's Grill is consistently excellent. I refuse to got to the Anaconda Bar at El Monte anymore because the service at my last visit (2 weeks ago) was atrocious bordering on total neglect. For bar food and a nice atmosphere, I prefer Sabroso in Arroyo Seco. No bison, but the burger was great.
I'll give a hearty second to Orlando's, my favorite place in Taos. Also, the newly (no so much now) reconstituted Lamberts is also excellent.
