Best Happy Hours--both food and drinks in the Desert from Palm Springs though La Quinta/ Indio?
For drinks I heard that the Desrrt Falls Country Club restaurant has $1 Happy Hour drinks. If that is a normal size drink it sure sounds very reasonable with the high prices today.
