<content>We got there a week before their grand reopening after having spent fifteen months recovering from arson which destroyed the kitchen.

Cool place. The back dining room is the best, as you feel as though you are outside without the inconveniences of actually being outside.

Salsa was good, but be careful when you try to buy a jar to take home, as they give you a jar of enchilada sauce instead. Oops.

The food is overall good, with a good blend of heat and flavor. The only oddity was the green chile sauce on the rellenos. It had red tomatoes in it, which gave it somewhat of a strange flavor.

As noted, the food is good, but it's not up to the old Rancho standard. Presumably they're still getting their feet under them after the fire recovery, so it would be interesting to see if they're back to normal in six months or so.
