        <content>Maybe everybody with copper cookware already knows this, but I'm new to owing copper cookware (just got my first piece a couple of months ago-- and am looking forward to obtaining more). I found this in searching the various sties to buy cooper cookware.

An eco friendly way to polish copper. This is virtually effortless and smells great--- use wedges of lemon dipped in salt, then rinse with warm water. I tried it and it was amazing. </content>

      <content>An even more eco- and labor-friendly method is simply not to bother. My copper all looks like an old US penny, and cleaning isn't any more of a chore than cleaning any other pot or pan I own. Soap, water and a scrubbie sponge.</content>
