Cave Vin - MSP
Wednesday night by husband and I decided to relive a little of our honeymoon on our four year anniversary so we headed out to Cave Vin for some Moules and Frites. A+
For entrees I had the Arctic Char and my husband opted for more frites with a steak.
Both were awesome.
We'd never been there before and I wanted to put this out there for MSP Chowhounds to think of as a dinner destination. The service was very nice, the prices very reasonable for the portion and I wish I hadn't waited so long to try it.

We went to Cave Vin for the first time during Restaurant Week this fall. It was really wonderful, but I'd second that it does get loud. The place was packed when we were there (although to me that's always a sign that the food is good!) and it was noisy. That said, the food is worth it. We'll definitely go back.

We we're the first ones there (have 2 y/o-didn't bring her, but we eat early) but there were 5 tables when we left and it was fine. I noticed some noise baffling on the ceiling, but I could still hear everything a loud talker across the room said...
As for the frites....OMG they were perfect. VERY skinny topped with some raw garlic and the aioli was awesome.
