Garden Grove? There's several places to get hoddeok in K-town excluding the CA mart. There's Pizza Land in the Hannam Chain center on Olympic and I've seen a couple trucks that sell it as well. I've not tried Koo's but my favorite is Pizza Land's. It doesn't have peanuts though, so if that's your cuppa then the trucks are probably a better fit as that's the only kind they sell I believe.
