A friend once described it as "frozen Chinese food." It is in the same league as mall food court food only much more expensive. Thew few tiems i've eaten Ken Fong's would lead to a similar description only they are even more out of line on their prices. Afraid that to the best of my knowledge there is no such thing as good delivered Chinese food. C'est Bon and Tasty are both passable when I've eaten in the resto (never ordered in from them).
