I'm trying to find a place north of San Francisco, in either Marin County or Sonoma County where I can find fresh game birds. Most specifically I'm looking for pheasant, but fresh quail would probably suffice. I know about Liberty Duck Farm, but unfortunately duck's not going to work for this purpose.

Does anyone know if Bud's Custom Meats sells fresh pheasant or quail? Or if it's all frozen? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm trying to stay out of the city proper if possible... especially since we'll be about 30 minutes(ish) north of San Francisco. If we can stay in Marin/Sonoma it'd be much more convenient for me... but of course maybe I'm stuck heading into the city. Thanks for the idea!
