Most specifically I'm looking for pheasant, but fresh quail would probably suffice. I know about Liberty Duck Farm, but unfortunately duck's not going to work for this purpose. Does anyone know if Bud's Custom Meats sells fresh pheasant or quail? Or if it's all frozen? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
