The Griddle's "Poached y Papas Benedict" is the best take on eggs benedict that I've ever had and I actually prefer it to a traditional eggs benedict. The key to the Griddle's version is that they use crisped and seasoned potato skins instead of an English muffin. THAT makes all the difference.

Pacific Dining Car does offer a good version, but I think the version (or versions) at Bottega Louie are better

Fourth, especially if you get one of PDC's meatless expanded-definition Benedicts -- e.g.: Eggs Sardou (artichoke bottoms over creamed spinach, topped with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce) or Eggs Ranchero (corn tortillas topped with eggs, avocado, cotija, and "Spanish sauce") -- and have the very nice breakfast fillet on the side. The staff at both locations is quite friendly, so I'm confident you could select any reasonable combination of ingredients from their list of egg dishes and create your own private Benedict (24 hours every day).
