Ostaria del Pesce was good but not on the top of my list. A recent wonderful find is Ottavio, on via di Santa Croce in Gerusalemme. Two (unofficial) seatings, so I would suggest arriving at 19:30 or 21:30 if you want to relax and really enjoy the meal. The food is delicious and fresh, the ambiance is tranquil and lovely, the service attentive but efficient, and the prices are reasonable considering it is a seafood-only restaurant.
