Achiote Paste?

Any idea where I can find achiote paste in Westchester?

Some months ago, I went to every Latino market in White Plains (or at least every one I knew of or could find -- probably 8 or 10 in total) looking for achiote paste. The one near the bike store on Post Rd. said they were out of it, but would have it sometime in the next few weeks. I finally found it (El Yuceteco brand) at the little market next to the Mexican/Dominican restaurant on S. Kensico, just below Lake St. I believe the name of the market is White Plains Mini Market, but I'm not certain. When I needed more a month later, I went straight back to that market, and bought several packages. You have to ask at the counter because, for whatever reason, they keep a box of it behind the cash register. Hope they still have it.
