nyc downtown restaurants

I heard that Circa, NY (dairy restaurant) is reopening on Fulton Street. I was kind of hoping we would get a new deli/meat restaurant - there seems to be a void since the 'Essex Downtown' closed. Any new information?

It reopened as a diary restaurant. My husband's friend went today and got the 54th receipt. He says it's super tiny.

Ate at the new Circa NY downtown (111 Fulton St.) today. Yes it is a little small and still a little disorganized but still much better then the 'dungeon'.
