Last night in NOLA

csawarin Oct 27, 2009 01:08 PM

This is my last night in NOLA and I am looking for the best place to eat I can. Nothing too "fancy", but some good NOLA staples, and/or some good seafood (unfortunetly am here at a time when crafwish aren't in season) Any suggestions are very welcome. Bon Ton was suggested, as was Coop's. also had a great meal the other night at Mulates. Thanks for the help!

Mandina's on Canal St. (cash only)
    either of the Liuzza's.
if you hurry, belly up to the bar at Luke for .25 oysters from 3-6 and half price drinks.

Are Luke's happy hour oysters their fabulous p&j's (are these the same quality as their usual raw bar offerings)?

Well, that is encouraging to me and I am sure to others Out There.

I think edible is right about Mandina's--should not be too bad on Tuesday night
