      <content>I would go to Don Quixote (market) and buy them from the fresh fish case. They are on the half shell from New Zealand and already "popped" so you don't need to shuck them, just lift off the top shell. They will be the best oysters you can have on Oahu. Approx $12- doz instead of 30- a doz in a good restaurant. aloha</content>
