662551 Mon Oct 26 17:55:47 -0700 2009 0 41 Cookware 0 5133127 I just read a review about this new Mandolin for get this 20.00 and apparently it works quite well so out to purchase this weekend at Canadian Tire, Zellers or Wal Mart The review says that it has many blades including julienne, shredder, slicer and batonnet maker (for fries) and of course a hand guard. Construction sturdy and a receptable underneath to catch the food. Will let ya know how it goes when I use it.
