I've been on a bit of a HC binge lately. Buying, trying and tasting as many as possible. I've even brought back HC from Pierre Herme in Paris, didn't make my day. Dagoba as well was dissapointing. My fave so far is La Soledad Oaxacan Chocolate. Though I haven't found it anywhere in my travels. My gal brought it back from Oaxaca. Any suggesstions for great HC or where to get Soledad.

Hi, I'm a fan of La Soledad, too, and still have a stash from our trip to Oaxaca. No idea where you can get La Soledad locally, but while you're on your hot chocolate kick, please don't miss Jacques Torres Classic Hot Chocolate (or maybe you'd enjoy his Wicked even more). It is not just "great" hot chocolate, but divine. :)
